Launch Date: October 28, 2006
Flight canceled due to poor weather.
Two balloon launch planned for Saturday, October 28, 2006. Launch site will be a
ranch near Bismarck, ND. Target launch time is 11:00 am. Tracking will be via
APRS on 144.390 MHz and 145.600 MHz. Each balloon will carry two independent
tracking systems transmitting on these frequencies. Balloons will carry student
'balloonsat' payloads consisting of a camera and temperature/humidity logger.
Balloons will ascend for two hours, trigger cut-downs and descent for 30 minutes.
